- 1986-1992 Same as above, except I left the Anderson Chiropractic Office, eliminated the imaging corporations, assumed a position on the board of the Chico Physical Rehabilitation Clinic and started the Shasta Spine Center in Redding California. During this period, I founded and subsequently sold the Multidisciplinary Health Corporation which provided multi-specialty evaluation in the fields of Chiropractic, Neurosurgery, Clinical Psychology, and Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation.
- 1992-November, 1996 I moved to Walla Walla to care for older relatives and developed the Walla Walla Chiropractic Office while maintaining a commuting evaluation practice in Sacramento, Chico, Eureka, and Redding California. While in Washington, I was chosen to participate in a pilot program with the Department of Labor and Industries which allowed chiropractors to perform IME's and determine disability with regard to injured workers receiving benefits from Self Insured’s and the Department of Labor and Industries
- November, 1996 to present I moved from Walla Walla, Washington and have resumed residency in Redding, California. I presently provide Chiropractic care and nutritional therapy for various conditions, perform IME's, QME's, AME's, Designated Physician exams for Primary Treating Physicians, second opinion clinical consultations, and file reviews
Staff
- Cyndi, a long time chiropractic patient, is the office manager. She has been with Dr. Weaver’s office for over 7 years. She is the office’s work comp clerk and is the one to go to for questions related to workers compensation matters. The patients in the office love her as she is knowledgeable, always willing to help, and a people person.
- Lori, who started out in Dr. Weaver’s office at age 16 as a patient, has been the front office receptionist and back office assistant for the past 3 years. The office patients appreciate her helpfulness, compassion, and empathy.
